Burial Products - Body Bags

We offer standard and infection control body bags in both adult and child sizes. Individually packed and appropriated boxed. These are offered in White or Black PEVA. PEVA has become the preferred material in the manufacture of body bags. It is more eco-friendly than the PVC's of the past, yet has excellent strength characteristics. Available in 200µm, 250µm or 300µm naturally degradable PEVA with reinforced handles. Our body bags are high frequency sonically sealed around the outer to ensure containment and sewn zippers in a U shape uppermost. There is a large ID pouch on the upper body area for identification purposes.

Our Body Bags are available in white or black PEVA. PEVA is recognised as the most appropriate material for use in burial products. Polymerized EVA is a natural material that will biodegrade over time. However, it does not instantly start to degrade and ensures that in hostile environments where temporary burial sites are used that although the natural process of body decomposition may have started the bag remains secure. This is vital if the deceased is to be moved to a final resting place.

Basic Body Bags

Suited towards hospital use where higher tensile strengths and carry handles are not required as bodies can be transferred using hospital porters.

Standard Body Bags

Can be used in environments where bodies are moved by people. Our standard products use webbing straps that pass under the body to support the body during transportation.

Reinforced Body Bags

Appropriate to conflict zone scenarios, our reinforced product can be procured in 3 PEVA weights and incorporate 6x (adult) and 4x (child) sonically welded integrated reinforced handles.

Infection Control Body Bags

Our Infection Control reinforced product features absorbent pads and 6x (adult) and 4x (child) integrated reinforced handles and heavier duty 300µm PEVA. Suited to outbreaks of transmissible disease where containment both transportation and final resting place is vital.
